Quality assurance and data protection

The management of PRONATAL Spa pays much more attention to this issue than the Act on personal data protection stipulates as we are aware of the sensitivity of this area, namely in relation to assisted reproduction.

Data protection is one of the most intensively monitored processes of quality assurance. We have adopted a series of organizational and technical measures, starting with identification of patients and handling medical documentation, which excludes misuse, to digital data protection and general records-keeping. Each employee is regularly trained and is responsible for all personal data protection, and the same applies to external staff.

All processes (both medical and non-medical) are monitored within the frame of quality management system in compliance with ISO 9001. The introduction of these standards (audited independently) clearly demonstrates our effort for the best quality assurance in the services provided. All monitored quality control system processes are specified in the Declaration of Quality, which is a part of the certificate. Focus on diagnostic and treatment procedures is extremely important for determination of optimal treatment care. All diagnostic procedures (and a number of surgical operations) are performed on ambulatory basis, thus intrusion on the patient’s private life is minimal. The PRONATAL Spa physicians are also experienced specialists in fertility promoting surgeries important for fertility increase and have also possibility to perform surgery for patients who need hospitalization on gynecology department.

After finding the cause of infertility, the couples are consulted and their treatment commenced. Physicians and embryologists of PRONATAL Spa offer all possible treatment procedures therefore in the treatment are interested couples not only from the Czech Republic but also from abroad.
